Consultation work concentrates on providing mental health knowledge and being a tangible resource in a variety of environments. The information shared is adaptable to the audience and focuses on meeting the current need. This can be done through workshops, staff trainings, educational consultations, or collaborative partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.

FAMILIES
Provide education about highlighted concerns and help connect them to a mental health professional in their community.
School setting
Provide education to staff about components of mental health, offer de-escalation tactics for mental health crisis as well as tips in avoiding burnout and compassion fatigue.
faith based
The goal is to help bring faith together with mental health education to address mental health needs. We provide clarity on mental health concerns
through the lens and guidance of faith.
GROUP
Provide education and support around topics that impact individuals, their families, and their communities within a group setting. This may include, but is not limited to: aging, anger management, grief and loss, life transitions, strengthening communication and relationship skills, changes in leadership, and more.
